Simply put, No. So long as we’ve been made aware via email, phone call or text, and have access to your vehicle, we can perform your scheduled service without your presence. Not only that, we’ll send photos to your phone or email along with our easy pay invoice.
Our service unit is fully equipped to perform every service that we offer. That said, for multi-vehicle exterior washes, our technician may need to leave the premises to refill the water tank. Or, to save everyone time, we certainly would appreciate an offer to fill our 50-gallon tank with your garden hose.
As we currently only offer mobile services, we do not have a physical shop/garage. However, we’re happy to meet you at any location that is most convenient for you. House, work, school or anywhere between.
We have a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling policy. When an appointment is booked on our calendar, it means we’ve reserved that time exclusively for you. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged a $40 fee.

Our Technicians are instructed to document and report all “as-found” faulty or damaged conditions of your vehicle and its components. However, accidents can happen and may go unnoticed during your service. All issues or concerns must be reported to [email protected] within 24-hours where we commit to resolving ethically. We are not liable for damages reported later.
Unfortunately, a shampoo, scrub and extraction service can never be guaranteed “spotless”. In extreme cases, you might consider paying an additional fee for requesting a second or third pass with the shampoo, scrubber, and extractor. Though, as we commit to doing our very best the first time, every time, there’s simply some stains that won’t come out.

We accept all major debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. As well as CashApp, Venmo and Cash.
Tipping is entirely optional though never discouraged. Everyone likes to know when they’re appreciated, and we love to hear whenever our hardworking technicians are recognized for their exceptional efforts.
An automated e-mail or text will be sent to you immediately following your booking. Thereafter you can expect regular communications regarding your appointment time and confirmation of services to be performed.
Most full-service appointments average around 2-hours. However, this depends heavily on the size of your vehicle and any add-ons requested. Our technicians will review the entire process and estimated time-of-completion with you at the start of the visit. This is when you’ll want to point out any main areas of focus that you’d like us to address.

- Clients who maintain a routine schedule at least once monthly will receive 30% off their entire service after two initial services performed at full price.
- Clients who maintain a routine schedule at least once quarterly will receive 20% off their entire service after two initial services performed at full price.
